You've probably seen this on TV, but it's worth remembering. Charles Krauthammer gave her the benefit of the doubt, explaining that she "probably" meant that once people feel the "benefits" of the bill (which, if any, will be at least three years behind the taxes to pay for it) they will understand and appreciate the Bill.
Nobody is right all the time - not even Krauthammer.
