Two-time NCAA Wrestling Champion, Rep. Jim Jordan is 47 years old and in his third term representing Ohio's 4th District. He's also chairman of the Republican Study Committee, the caucus of the most conservative Republicans in the House. The above video of his recent presentation at The Heritage Foundation should give heart to any Conservative who is beginning to have doubts that this Republican House of Representatives will deliver on its promise to cut spending.
