Rep. Don Young uploaded this video of his speech 3 years ago on the House floor. Maybe those other guys weren't listening - or maybe they don't believe drilling for our own oil instead of buying it (at outrageous prices) from people in the Middle East who capriciously set those outrageous prices, is a good idea. Sounds to me like an idea whose time came a long time ago.
