Politicizing Justice, Obama-Style
(KSM and Holder: click to enlarge)
You might remember Eric Holder telling Congress about 11 weeks ago that the final decision on the venue for the trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (mastermind of 911) would be made "in a matter of weeks - not months." Well, it's been well past the "matter of weeks," when the decision was supposed to be announced and now we learn "the high-profile trials of Mohammed and four others accused of being Sept. 11 conspirators has been put on hold and probably will not be made until after November’s midterm elections, according to law enforcement, administration and congressional sources."
Here's the story as reported by Marc Thiessen on the Enterprise Blog.
