Juan Williams did not come late to the fight for school choice. He was the most prominent voice arguing for the continuation of the District of Columbia Opportunity Scholarship Program (DCOSP), which was discontinued by the current administration with the help of the duplicitous demagogues in the U. S. senate led by the most duplicitous one of all - Dick Durbin of Illinois. Of course the losers in this fight to preserve the highly successful DCOSP were the least advantaged minority children in D.C.
