Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels, sat down with Rob Bluey at The Heritage Foundation recently and was asked about a new poll from the Manhattan Institute that showed 77 percent of the citizens of Indiana rated their government as "efficient," the highest percentage of any state surveyed. After watching the above video, it's hard not to wish Governor Daniels were taking part in the ongoing GOP debates.
