Kristi Noem, the U.S. Representative-elect for South Dakota's At-large congressional district, is a rancher, farmer, hunting lodge owner, and restaurant manager so, unlike the vast majority of members of Congress, she knows something about business. She is the proverbial breath of fresh air, and Conservatives are expecting big things from her. She was selected by her party leadership to deliver the weekly GOP address on Saturday, and she hit a home run.
