God I love the Mills Brothers! My generation (the 50's), in Philadelphia neighborhoods, knew every word to every song ever recorded by them, and weren't afraid to sing their songs at parties. The Mills Brothers were special, and often sang a cappella, with the occasional accompaniment of a single guitar. The lyrics of their songs were easily understood, and none of the words were off color.
