Sundays are for Beauty - Penguin Dance

Beauty, according to an on line dictionary, is defined as:

1. the quality present in a thing or person that gives intense pleasure or deep satisfaction to the mind, whether arising from sensory manifestations (as shape, color, sound, etc.), a meaningful design or pattern, or something else (as a personality in which high spiritual qualities are manifest).

This cut from the 1964 movie, Mary Poppins, is called the "Dance of the Penguins," and it fits the above definition perfectly. It was a great favorite of our (at the time) 18 month old grandson, Brian. We had only to say "Penguin," and he would begin his performance, mimicking the penguins as they pranced around with Dick Van Dyke. Brian is 18 years old now, and just started Navy Boot Camp. His fascination with those penguins evolved (around age 12) into a fascination with seals - Navy SEALs. After graduation from Navy Boot Camp, he'll head to Coronado, where "The only easy day was yesterday."
