The Dog Handler

Lest any of you are wondering just what exactly a dog handler does, I present, courtesy of Vicki Lumpkins, a short video depicting the duties of the dog handler.  As you'll see, several handlers hold on to the straps that join the dogs (16 per sled for the restart), and guide them to the starting line making sure they (the dogs) don't fly off until they get to the line.  Sounds easy, but there are stories I've heard that I hope are apocryphal; they have to be.
