Matthias Shapiro has a knack for using understandable math to explain complicated (or obfuscated) government spending plans. He's also a very funny guy. One of his videos: "Obama's Health Care Reform in Costs and Wait Time" was posted here two days ago with a reference to two previous posts featuring his work.
