Why Democrats Win, Why Republicans Lose

I hate to say it, because I have a lot of respect for Jim Inhofe, but if you watched the video of Barbara Boxer and Harry Alford (see yesterday's post), you'll have to agree that Inhofe had a chance to get involved but didn't. It could be that Inhofe didn't want to intervene because he was afraid it might appear that he thought Alford was incapable of handling Boxer. Alford, obviously, needed no help handling her all by himself. If that was his thought process, Inhofe did the right thing, but it would be nice to see him put her in her place occasionally by criticizing her lack of social skills. Someone has to tell her, publicly, that even though "global warming" is a political sham, that fact doesn't give her carte blanche to spread bad science in support of it.
